Oil cooler sandwich plate o-ring

2-1/2 x 1/8" Nitrile Buna Rubber o-ring.

To suit the Perma-cool 181 sandwich plate used by Tickford on the 220kw and 250kw Windsor engines. The engine capacity of these engines is 6.25 litres but they typically only drain 5.0 litres as the rest is retained in the oil cooler and lines - so you are only performing a partial oil change. Have the confidence to remove your sandwich plate and drain the cooler by keeping one or more of these on hand.

Perma-cool spec. is to torque the sandwich plate to 28 Nm (20 ft. lbs.). Orient it so that the factory cooler lines do not rub on the crossmember.
